KENNEBUNKPORT TRAVEL GUIDE

The only think I have to say right now is...Summer don't leave me! To end the Summer off the right way, there was no question Danny and I had to plan another trip. Well he actually surprised me one day and randomly said "Let's go away this weekend" So naturally I was all in. Destination: Kennebunkport, Maine.

Kennebunkport is a small yet adorable coastal town in Maine. It's the perfect place to spend a few days or long weekend and put on a cute outfit, bask in the sun and eat some real good seafood. It's about a 4 hour drive from NYC so it made a good road trip :)

There are so many adorable coffeeshops, stores and seafood restaurants to visit when here. You will find all of the town's action in Dock Square. This is where everyone goes to shop and walk around.

If you're not a seafood lover (particularly a lobster lover) you can't sit with us! Maine's treasure is their lobster, so you can't come here without eating it at least once...or twice..or every day..haha. Right in town there's actually a really cool seafood shack right on the Main Street that serves everything from popcorn shrimp to fresh lobster rolls. You can eat it out on the street or take it by the port and watch all of the boats pass by.

If you want a little adventure, you can go right to the dock ad book yourself a seat on a lobster boat and take a tour along the coast. You'll get to see how the lobsters are caught and even hold one right out of the water!
